All 7 UAE emirates: Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Aramex handles last-mile delivery directly to your address.

Delivery is free across all 7 UAE emirates. No minimum order value.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sunday ship the next working day.

Estimated Delivery

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi: Next-day delivery when you order before 2:00 PM (GST), Monday to Saturday.
  • Other emirates (Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah): 2–3 business days.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sunday ship the next working day. Public holidays or busy shopping periods may add a day.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If your order does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us. Failed delivery attempts may require rescheduling at no extra cost.

Change of Address

If you need to update the delivery address, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect your package on arrival. If it appears tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. For minor issues after delivery, contact us within 48 hours.
