Ordering & Account
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view past purchases.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking information where available. Logged-in customers can view all orders in My Account → Orders.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us via WhatsApp or email and we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once shipped, the standard returns process applies.

Where do you ship?
All 7 emirates across the United Arab Emirates.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all UAE orders. No minimum order value required.
How long does delivery take?
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi: Next-day delivery when you order before 2:00 PM (GST), Monday to Saturday. Other emirates (Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah): 2–3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sunday ship the next working day.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
At present we ship within the UAE only.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
15 days from delivery on eligible items in original, unopened condition with all packaging and accessories.
How do I start a return?
Contact us via WhatsApp at +971 50 280 6958 or email info@izzclusive.com with your order number and reason. We email you a free prepaid Aramex return label — print it, attach to the package, and drop at your nearest Aramex location. If you don’t have a printer, we can also arrange a free Aramex pickup from your address.
Is there a restocking fee?
No restocking fee on eligible returns.
Who pays return shipping?
All eligible returns ship free within the UAE. We email you a prepaid Aramex return label — print, attach, drop at any Aramex location. No restocking fees, no charge to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds processed within 7 business days from receipt. Card payments typically reflect in 5–7 business days; bank transfers in 3–5.
Warranty
What warranty do you offer?
A 12-month warranty provided directly by Izzclusive FZE LLC on all products from the date of delivery, under UAE consumer protection law.
Who provides the warranty?
Your purchase is backed by a 12-month warranty from Izzclusive. Check Warranty Policy on footer for complete warranty details or contact our customer support team.
What does the warranty cover?
Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, and misuse are not covered.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Account & Marketing
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email info@izzclusive.com. Order-related emails (confirmations, shipping updates) are not marketing.
How do I update my account details?
Sign into My Account to update your details, addresses, and password.
