  • Show no signs of physical or liquid damage from misuse
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

  2. Our team will share return instructions and a return reference
  3. Pack the item securely and arrange the return as instructed
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund, replacement, or exchange

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times after approval:

  • Card payments: 5–7 business days
  • Bank transfers: 3–5 business days

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange to a refund, mention this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Software, digital downloads, and activated digital licences
  • Opened consumables (e.g., headphone ear tips)
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repair
  • Items returned without all original packaging or accessories

Wrong or Defective Item

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return or replacement and cover any return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order anytime before it ships at no charge. Once shipped, the standard returns process applies.

No Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are processed without a restocking fee.
