DJI Osmo Action 6 Diving Accessory Kit – Waterproof Case, Floating Handle and Anti-Fog Inserts

Overview
A diving accessory kit made by DJI for the Osmo Action 6. DJI states the kit is for underwater creation at depths of up to 60 metres.

Compatible cameras
DJI lists one compatible camera for this kit: the Osmo Action 6.

Cameras in our range it fits
The DJI Osmo Action 6 is on that list and we stock it in both the Standard Combo and the Adventure Combo. DJI does not list this kit for the Osmo Action 5 Pro, Osmo Action 4 or Osmo Action 3, which take a separate kit, nor for the Osmo Pocket series.

In the box
DJI lists the kit contents as the Osmo Action 6 Waterproof Case, Anti-Fog Inserts, DJI Wrist Strap, DJI Floating Handle and Locking Screw.

What the anti-fog inserts are
The small white strips shown in the photographs are the anti-fog inserts. They sit inside the housing alongside the camera. Air sealed inside a waterproof case carries moisture, and when the case is taken into colder water that moisture can condense on the inside of the lens port and fog the picture. The inserts absorb it so the port stays clear. They are consumable and are replaced as they are used.

Floating handle and wrist strap
The kit includes the DJI Floating Handle and a DJI Wrist Strap. The locking screw secures the camera inside the case.

Depth
DJI states the kit supports underwater use to 60 metres. For reference, DJI states the Osmo Action 6 itself is waterproof to 20 metres without the Waterproof Case and to 60 metres with it, and that the camera and its Waterproof Case carry an IP68 rating.

Camera not included
This listing is for the accessory kit only. No camera is supplied with it.

What DJI does not publish
