Return Window
You may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return, items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories, in unused and resalable condition. Items showing signs of use, physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and licensing reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: software, headphones and earphones, and personalized or custom-configured items.
How to Request a Return
Email info@izzclusive.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Our team will respond within one business day with a return authorization and pickup instructions.
Return Shipping
For items that are defective or arrived damaged, Izzclusive will arrange and pay for return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no cost any time before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel.
