Payment Methods

Credit and Debit Cards (via Stripe):

Cash on Delivery (COD):
For customers within the United Arab Emirates, we offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option. You can pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to you.

You must provide a billing address that matches your card issuer’s records. Providing false or incomplete billing information may result in payment failure or order cancellation.
Transaction Confirmation:
Once your payment is processed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and invoice. A receipt will also be available in your account.
Section 4 – Failed Transactions and Refunds
No Charges for Declined Payments:
If your payment is declined or a transaction fails, no charges will be deducted from your account. You will be notified immediately of the payment failure.
Funds Release Timeline:
In the event that funds are temporarily held by your bank, they are typically released within 3-5 business days. If the hold persists beyond this timeframe, please contact your bank directly.
Payment Failure Reasons:
Common reasons for payment failure include:
- Insufficient funds in your account
- Incorrect card information entered
- Card expired or blocked by issuer
- Card issuer declined the transaction
- Security verification failed
- Transaction exceeds card limit
Retry Options:
If your payment fails, you can retry with the same card or use a different payment method. Please ensure all card details are entered correctly before retrying.
Section 5 – Security Screening Process
Verification of Customer Details:
For certain orders, we may require confirmation of customer details prior to processing. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.

Verification typically takes 24-48 hours. Once verified, your order will proceed to processing and shipment.
Section 6 – Cash on Delivery (COD)
Availability:
Cash on Delivery is available for orders being delivered within the United Arab Emirates only.
How COD Works:
- Select “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method during checkout
- Complete your order without making an online payment
- Your order will be processed and prepared for shipment
- When your package arrives, pay the full order amount in cash to the courier
- The courier will provide a receipt for your payment
Payment Amount:
You must pay the exact order amount shown on your invoice when the courier delivers your package. The payment includes the product price, taxes (if applicable), and any other charges.
Currency:
Cash on Delivery payments must be made in UAE Dirhams (AED). The courier will not accept payment in other currencies.
Payment Verification:
The courier will provide a receipt or proof of payment. Please keep this receipt for your records.
Failed Payment:
If you are unable to pay when the package is delivered, the courier will not leave the package. You will need to contact us to reschedule delivery or arrange an alternative payment method.
Section 7 – Refunds for COD Orders
Refund Processing:
If you return a COD order, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details securely through our customer support portal.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be transferred within 7-10 business days after verification of your bank account details and return approval.
Refund Verification:
We will verify your bank account information before processing the refund. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
Bank Processing Time:
Please allow additional time for your bank to process and reflect the refund in your account. This typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your bank.

Never share your card details, PIN, or CVV with anyone. Izzclusive staff will never ask for this information via email or phone.
