Section 1 – Processing Days And Cut-Off Time
Processing Days:
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment Monday through Saturday. We do not process orders on Sundays or UAE public holidays. During UAE public holidays, order processing may be delayed. We will notify you if your order is affected by a holiday closure.
Order Cut-Off Time:
All orders must be placed before 2:00 PM (UAE Time) to be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Holiday Schedule:
During UAE public holidays, order processing may be delayed or suspended. We will notify you if your order is affected by a holiday closure. Processing will resume on the next business day.
Section 2 – Handling Time
Preparation and Handover:
Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, we require 0-1 business day to prepare your order and hand it over to our courier partner for shipment.
What Happens During Handling:
During the handling period, we perform the following steps:
- Verify your payment and order details
- Pick and pack your order with care
- Perform quality checks on all items
- Generate shipping labels and tracking information
- Hand over your package to the courier
Notification:
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, courier name, and estimated delivery date.
Section 3 – Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery Timeline:
After your order is handed over to the courier, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days to most locations within the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery Timeline Calculation:
The 1-3 business day estimate begins from the date your order is handed over to the courier, not from the date you placed your order. Example:
- Order placed: Monday at 1:00 PM
- Handling time: 0-1 business day (delivered to courier by Tuesday)
- Delivery time: 1-3 business days (arrives by Wednesday to Friday)
Factors Affecting Delivery:
Delivery timelines may vary based on your specific location within the UAE, courier service capacity and availability, weather conditions or natural disasters, traffic congestion in your area, public holidays or special events, and customs or regulatory procedures if applicable.
Important Disclaimer:
The 1-3 business day estimate is provided as a guideline only. Izzclusive does not guarantee specific delivery dates or times. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Section 4 – Shipping Coverage
Service Area:
Izzclusive offers free shipping across the United Arab Emirates to all locations including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to international destinations outside the UAE, P.O. boxes or military addresses, or incomplete or invalid addresses. If you have questions about shipping to a specific location, please contact us before placing your order.
Section 5 – Shipping Costs
Free Shipping:
Izzclusive provides complimentary shipping on all orders placed through our website. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges.
What’s Included:
Our free shipping includes standard courier delivery to your address, basic packaging and handling, and tracking information.
What’s Not Included:
Shipping costs do not cover taxes or customs duties if applicable, optional insurance for high-value items, or expedited or express delivery services.
Section 6 – Tracking Your Shipment
Tracking Information:
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, courier service name, estimated delivery date, and a link to track your shipment in real-time.
How to Track:
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Most courier services provide real-time updates showing your package’s current location and estimated delivery time.
Lost Tracking Information:
If you lose your tracking number, contact us at info@izzclusive.com with your order number, and we will resend the tracking information immediately.
Section 7 – Delivery Process
Delivery Attempt:
The courier will attempt to deliver your package to the address you provided during checkout. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave the package in a safe location if you have authorized this, leave a delivery notice for you to collect, or attempt delivery again on the next business day.
Signature Requirements:
Depending on the value of your order, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during business hours.
Delivery Confirmation:
Once your package is delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
Section 8 – Package Inspection And Damage Reporting
Inspect Upon Receipt:
Please inspect your package immediately after delivery. Check for physical damage to the outer packaging, signs of tampering or opening, correct number of items received, correct products and models received, and overall package condition.
Reporting Damage or Issues:
If you notice any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@izzclusive.com with your order number, photographs of the damaged packaging or product, detailed description of the issue, and tracking number.
Investigation and Resolution:
We will investigate your claim within 24-48 hours. If we determine the damage or issue occurred during shipping, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Late Reporting:
Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund, as we cannot verify the condition of the package after delivery.
Section 9 – Lost Or Damaged Shipments
Lost Packages:
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us immediately at info@izzclusive.com with your order number, tracking number, and proof of non-delivery if available. We will investigate with the courier and work toward a resolution within 5-7 business days.
Damaged Shipments:
If your package arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with clear photographs of the damage from multiple angles. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
Courier Liability:
The courier service is responsible for packages during transit. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Depending on the courier’s liability limits, you may receive compensation directly from the courier.
Section 10 – Shipping Address
Accurate Address Required:
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Izzclusive is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to incomplete or inaccurate information you provided, packages delivered to unauthorized addresses, or delays caused by address corrections.
Address Changes:
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@izzclusive.com. We can only change the address if your order has not yet been handed over to the courier. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Undeliverable Packages:
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the courier will attempt to return it to us. You may be charged for return shipping costs.
Section 11 – Risk Of Loss
Transfer of Risk:
Risk of loss and damage to your order transfers to you upon delivery to the address you specified. Once your package is delivered to your address, you assume responsibility for the package, Izzclusive is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery, and you should inspect the package immediately and report any issues within 48 hours.
During Shipping:
While your package is in transit with the courier, Izzclusive remains responsible for ensuring safe delivery. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
Section 12 – Special Delivery Requests
Delivery Instructions:
During checkout, you may provide special delivery instructions, such as “Leave package at the gate,” “Deliver to a neighbor,” or “Call before delivery.” We will pass these instructions to the courier, but we cannot guarantee they will be followed. The courier has the final authority on delivery procedures.
Weekend and Holiday Delivery:
Standard delivery does not include weekend or holiday delivery. If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact us to inquire about alternative delivery options.
Section 13 – International Shipping
International Orders:
Izzclusive currently does not offer standard international shipping. However, we may be able to arrange special international shipments for specific requests.

Izzclusive’s Responsibility:
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, Izzclusive is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from shipping delays.

Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping does not include insurance coverage. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund.
Optional Insurance:

Insurance Claims:
