- No Processing: Sundays and UAE public holidays
- Holiday Delays: During UAE public holidays, processing may be delayed, and we will notify you accordingly
Order Cut-Off Time
The time you place your order affects when it will be processed:
- Before 2:00 PM (UAE Time): Orders will be processed on the same business day
- After 2:00 PM (UAE Time): Orders will be processed on the next business day
This cut-off time allows our warehouse team sufficient time to pick, pack, and prepare your order for courier handover on the same day.
Public Holidays and Special Closures
During UAE public holidays and special occasions, our warehouse may have extended closures. In such cases, order processing will resume on the next business day. We will send you a notification if your order is affected by a holiday closure.
Transit Time and Delivery Estimates

After your order is handed over to our courier partner, we aim to deliver your package within 1-3 business days to most locations within the United Arab Emirates. This estimate begins from the date your order is handed to the courier, not from the date you placed your order.
Business Days Definition
Delivery estimates are calculated based on business days (Monday through Saturday). Sundays and UAE public holidays are not counted as business days for delivery purposes. For example, if your order is handed to the courier on a Thursday, the 1-3 business day window would include Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday.

- Location: Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time
